Did you know that I make lots of things that never make it to my Etsy store for resale? I do lots of research, make things in small batches and have friends and family test for me. Sometimes I make special edition items and sell them to individual clients in bulk and never offer the item to other clients. I also make things just for my own personal use or for the children of my best friend. Their current favorite item bath item is a little product that I've named "Snowball in a Jar". I'm thinking about offering it to the public...
My poor husband is my latest test subject. I made another massage oil and I used it on him to test for fluidity, scent saturation and the best one( he doesn't realize that I look for this too) allergic reactions. I'm happy to say that I made a "man friendly" scent. It's woodsy and fresh. When I say "Woodsy" I do not in any way mean it smells of pine trees. Blending essential oils to achieve and certain kind of scent is a wee bit tricky, not to mention expensive. I may or may not end up offering massage oils for sale in my etsy shop but it's all on the road of product development.
